Geofrey B. Kis-ing is a proud Igorot from Benguet, Philippines, who celebrates his roots in a province renowned for its rich culture, music, and arts, known for its strawberry fields and dubbed the “Salad Bowl of the Philippines,”. He grew up near a military camp and this played a key role and inspired him to build his dreams and he took his first step to earning a 1st Dan black belt from the Japan Karate Association. He also pursued a degree in BS Criminology, furthering his ambition to make a meaningful career.

His path took an unexpected turn when his girlfriend, now wife, moved to Dubai, and Geofrey followed. His professional journey flourished there when he started working at Brinks Global Services, eventually becoming an Assistant Supervisor. Later, he joined Emirates Airlines, taking on the role of Supervisor at the Transguard Valuable Center. His meticulous attention to detail and integrity earned him several prestigious “NAJM” awards. These recognitions were for the smooth handling of high-profile cargo such as Emirates and Saudi Airline shipments, as well as managing one of the world’s most expensive rough diamonds, highlighting his reliability and dedication to excellence. Geofrey is deeply family-oriented, with a strong commitment to his loved ones guiding many of his life decisions. He relishes family outings to the beach and camping adventures in the desert and wadi in the UAE, ensuring that despite his demanding work, his family remain at the center of his life.

His adventures have extended beyond Dubai, as he has enjoyed traveling to countries like the United States, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Seychelles, Bangkok, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. These experiences have deepened his appreciation for different cultures and cuisines, fostering an open-minded and inclusive perspective.

In 2022, Geofrey embraced a life-changing decision to move to England, supported by his wife’s encouragement to seek a new environment. Transitioning into a completely different career, he became a Domiciliary Care Worker, where he discovered a deep sense of fulfilment from caring for the elderly. This shift in career gave him a renewed perspective, as he found purpose in serving others.
