Clifton Homecare’s range of dedicated care services are designed to give you choice and peace of mind whilst ensuring you remain in control of your care.
We provide personalised care packages on a short term, respite or long term basis, from short visits to live in care and from one visit per week to multiple visits per day. Our care professionals provide support with tasks that are becoming a struggle.

In our hands, your loved ones are safe....Today is Global Handwashing Day.Regular handwashing helps reduce the spread of infection and can also help in the fight against antibiotic resistance by preventing illnesses that may otherwise require antibiotics.At Clifton Homecare, our team understand the risks poor infection prevention and control can pose, especially for people who are vulnerable or immunocompromised.Our team receive regular infection prevention and control training, and we complete spot checks and audits on handwashing.
