Clifton Homecare were delighted to win ‘Employer of the Year’ at 2023’s Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs).
Thousands of businesses (across all industries in Lancashire) apply and we were chosen as this year’s winner. We also remained as a finalist (1 of 8) in the categories Small Business, Service Business and Apprentice Team of the Year.
The judges selected us as winners of ‘Employer of the Year’ due to exceptional commitment to employees whilst remaining dedicated to providing outstanding care. The judges stated that:
“Our wealth of experience in the industry enabled us to create a supportive and nurturing work environment that allows our caregivers to thrive.”
This award and recognition feels very poignant given the national recruitment and retention challenges across the social care sector. This award will bring us new opportunities and we are committed to making the most of the position we find ourselves in.
