Hannah is a Domiciliary Care Assistant who chooses to work night shifts across the week for Clifton Homecare, so she can fit work around her family life. She loves the flexibility and convenience that working in Social Care brings, and the fact that she is helping people too is an added bonus.

Night Time Care
Native to Nigeria, Hannah moved to the UK after her Husband’s job as a Doctor in Psychiatry brought her to this country.
She has a background in Administration and a degree in Physiology and wanted to work in a role where she can help others, be treated with courtesy and respect, have a great work/life balance and gain job progression at the same time. She will soon become a Mentor to the rest of our Care Team, after receiving extensive training.
Hannah’s working pattern is around 25 hours a week where she supports two clients, to enable them to live independently at home in the Lytham St Anne’s area.
Hannah regularly supports Maura throughout the night. A typical call for Maura involves making her comfortable when she is ready to go to bed, ensuring she is safe and comfortable through the night and then waking her in the morning and attending to any personal care requirements.

An hourly rate starting from £12 per hour, Salary £24,960 (40 hours per week)
