About Clifton Homecare
Clifton Homecare provides care and support services in client’s homes. Our caregiver team receive extensive training and experience in providing in-home care. Extensive background checks are carried out, the team are fully insured, and trained in courses such as First Aid, Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Dementia (including Alzheimer’s), Falls prevention, End of Life and Palliative Care and Infection Prevention and Control.
Our Services
Our Care and Support Services can be tailored to meet your needs. We provide care packages on a short term, respite or long-term basis, from short visits to live in care and from 1 visit per week to multiple visits per day, our team have it covered. We are happy to help with the following:
