Employee of the Quarter July to September 2025 – Craig!

We saw 34 nominations come in for this period’s Employee of the Quarter – thank you to all those who made nominations for our staff team.

Thanks as always go to our panel members Judith Buffham (relative), Chris Bevan (relative), Fiona McGowan (client), Carl Mullen (Training Works) and Maria Coupe (Shout Network) who give up their time to support us.

We are delighted to announce that this quarter’s winner is Craig Stirzaker. Craig’s winning nomination was;

“Mum was having a particularly stressful period of hallucinations resulting in her calling the police. It was 10pm at night and my son was in bed so I couldn’t just go over.

 

I rang on call and Craig said he could be there in 30mins. He was true to his word and was absolutely brilliant with Mum. He sat and had a cup of tea with her, checked around the property and she calmed down, felt reassured and the hallucinations subsided.

 

Thank you so much Craig! You took the stress out of a very stressful situation for both Mum & I.”

Our two runners up are also very deserving of their recognition. Well done and congratulations go to Linda Ross and Julie Fernandez.

As always, our winner and runners up this quarter are very worthy recipients of their awards. Each quarter they demonstrate how they have gone above and beyond in their roles and the employee of the quarter award is just one way of recognising their hard work, commitment, dedication and professionalism in supporting clients, family members and colleagues.
