Designated Contact for Medical Alerts/ Lifeline
Clifton Homecare offers additional services to ensure the safety of our clients even when our caregivers are not in the home.
If you choose the service we will be a designated contact (details held with the lifeline company). We provide a 24 hour emergency response team which means once contacted a carer will attend the location and give any assistance they can to solve the problem or until the emergency services attend. This will ensure the emergency services are aware of you or your loved ones' usual state of health, needs and mobility, which in turn will help in their assessment. This will allow you to enjoy the peace of mind knowing that you or your loved one is always safe and secure.
Being a designated contact is free of charge to our clients. Fees will only be charged when our team attend.
